First, we establish a clear baseline through our discovery process. Our objective is to get to the bottom of where things are and how they feel for the team. With interviews, documentation reviews, and process analysis we will evaluate where the team struggles and what pain points are holding them back. Next, we will establish a process improvement plan to get your team into consistent, predictable, and equitable delivery. Finally, your team will receive a report detailing what we worked on and what comes next.

We typically suggest 3 month plans for new clients which will include:
1 month of discovery
1 month of updates & trainings
1 month of finishing touches & review
That being said, all plans are customizable for the team size and scope. We also offer the Discovery Package individually.
